King County Housing Authority hired Steadfast to complete the exterior painting of 324-unit low-income residential property in SeaTac. Much of the work focused on repainting wood fascia, soffit and trim to preserve the woodexterior for the long-term.

Additionally, Steadfast coordinated with property management to repaint residents’ front doors, common entries, and stairs. The work was completed on schedule and within budget, and was a beautiful improvement to the property and its occupants.
