Located in Tacoma, this 5-story stucco building posed considerable challenges. The south side of the building was experiencing weather-exposure and water-intrusion issues on its upper stories. Using a 90’ boom lift, Steadfast resolved those issues by applying sealants to cracked stucco surfaces and waterproofing with specialty coatings. The work has helped enormously to prevent further building issues.
